On April 28, 2005 the Sit Bond Fund (“Bond Fund”) a series of Sit Mutual Funds II, Inc., was dissolved and liquidated pursuant to a Plan of Dissolution and Liquidation approved by the shareholders of the Bond Fund at a special meeting of shareholders held on April 28, 2005.
